| Your First Visit |
| Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first visit in order for you to fill out paperwork and get comfortable before your services. |
Cancellations and Tardiness. |
So that we may accomodate clients on our waiting list, we ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that emergencies do happen occasionally, but repeated cancellations on short notice will incur a charge equal to your scheduled appointment cost, payable before your next appointment.
In order to serve you in a timely manner, please arrive to appointments five minutes early. Arrival to appointments 15 minutes late will result in rescheduling.

Children |
| You may bring children to the salon. However, please make sure your child stays with you, and is reasonably well-behaved, in order to avoid accidents and disturbing other patrons of the salon. Teens under the age of 16 may not receive acrylic enhancement services. |
Parties and Packages |
| Booking for parties and packages will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit via credit card to reserve the appointments. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointments will result in full price billing for all scheduled services! |
